Our Structure - INA (Maori, Indigenous & Pacific Island HIV/AIDS Foundation)

The Foundation has a Board of Trustees (Runanga Whakahaere) which provides the Foundation with leadership will comprise of no less than three (3) Trustees and no more than ten(10) Trustees;The Board of Trustees comprises of the following; Co-Chairpersons/Tumuaki, Secretary/Kaituhituhi, Treasurer/Kaitiaki moni, Kaumatua, person selected by the Runanga Whakahaere (ideally the Executive Director. All the decisions of the Runanga Whakahaere shall be by consensus (consensus being defined as "the view of the majority")
